The website introduction tool
When the form shows “Send your introduction,” it sends your name, email, chosen partnership path, message and any optional details you provide to Harlow. We use these details to review and respond to your inquiry. The website stores an inquiry record, and Resend delivers a notification to the Harlow team. If direct delivery is unavailable, the form offers an email draft instead; that draft is not submitted until you send it from your email app.
You can also email team@harlowgrowth.com directly. Sending an email shares its content and your address with Harlow and the email services involved in delivery.
What to share
Use the first introduction to describe your brand, idea or partnership at a high level. Please do not include confidential financials, personal customer data, proprietary formulas or other sensitive information. If more detail is needed, an appropriate process can be discussed directly.
Inquiry records and service providers
Website inquiry records older than 90 days are removed when new introductions are processed. Email correspondence may be retained separately for the ongoing conversation and business record. Website hosting, storage and email providers process information to support these functions. Please contact us with retention or deletion requests.
For security, the form uses a short-lived verification token and rate limits. A keyed digest of a network address is used for temporary abuse prevention; the raw address is not saved in the inquiry database. Inquiry-path and campaign labels help us understand which partnership conversations the site supports; message content is not sent to a third-party analytics tracker.
Website operation
This website does not set advertising cookies or load a third-party analytics tracker. The hosting service may process technical request information to operate and secure the website. Links to external websites and your email application are governed by those providers’ own practices.
